You can cancel at any time before departure, but normally you pay a reasonable termination fee. You pay no fee if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at or near the destination significantly affect the trip, such as serious safety risks or a natural disaster.

The organiser must refund what you paid, minus any applicable fee, within 14 days of the cancellation.
