Who pays for return shipping when I withdraw from an online purchase?

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless the trader has agreed to bear it or failed to tell you before the purchase that you must pay it. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling the trader you withdraw.
