How long can I return something I bought online in the EU?

For most online and distance purchases from a business you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason. For goods the period starts on the day you, or someone you name other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods; for several goods delivered separately, of the last one.

For a service the 14 days run from the day the contract is concluded. Tell the trader clearly that you withdraw, for example by email or with the model withdrawal form.
