How much paid holiday does EU law guarantee?
Every worker is entitled to at least four weeks of paid annual leave. The leave may not be replaced by a payment, except when the employment ends.
Many countries give more, for example 25 days in Sweden. The four weeks are a floor that applies in every member state.
